Fabulous office staff. Always able to get an appointment, super pleasant on the phone and very professional.Charlotte is the best hygienist you'll ever find. She is so adept at what she does that you won't mind any part of the cleaning. She is fast, efficient and her skills are quite evident.Dr. Klein takes her time when she examines you. You can ask questions, get referrals and address any concerns you have with her. She won't rush you and you will find her knowledge base excellent and her demeanor quite personable.
UPDATE: I am still coming here and still 5 stars. Came here during COVID pandemic and they have things clean and streamlined. Wait in your car. They call you in. Temp checks. Sanitizer. Mask wearing. You don't see anybody else except for the hygienist and Dr Klein. In and out. Safer than staying in your basement!I've been coming here for years. Ericka and her staff are friendly, professional and gentle.
